Irma Flores and Jose Luis Ortiz opened Dulce Canela Bakery in 2026 to bring traditional artisanal bread, cakes, and pastries to the Jefferson Park neighborhood in Chicago.
Our team is dedicated to bringing fresh baked bread everyday starting with the first batch in the oven at 4:00am to be ready by 6:00am and the second batch is baked with care at 8:00am.
